Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you use the "Get rates & availability" form, we receive your work email address and the role you selected. If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects the details you enter there (such as your name, email address and any notes) and shares them with us.
- Information collected automatically. We use cookies and similar technologies to see how visitors use the site and how our advertising performs. This can include your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, the page or ad that referred you, and actions such as clicking a button, submitting the form or booking a call.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, send the rates and availability you asked for, and arrange calls.
- To measure and improve the website and our advertising, including measuring which ads lead to enquiries.
- To keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations.

Advertising and sharing
We do not sell your email address for money. Our advertising and analytics cookies send data to Google, which some US state privacy laws treat as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" button on the site. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out. We share information with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and where the law requires it.

How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our business relationship, and then delete or anonymize them unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the services above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access, correct or delete it, to opt out of targeted advertising, and not to be treated unfairly for using these rights. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also object to or restrict certain processing and complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email hello@y77.ai from the address you used with us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
International transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States.
